Business attire or national dress
The closest airport is Zurich Airport. You can easily reach Lucerne by direct train from Zurich Airport. Once in Switzerland, we recommend you to use the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), our official ground transport partner. Train tickets can be ordered within your registration.
LOGISTICS – TRAIN TICKETS
Together with our Mobility Partner, the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), we offer our WTFL 2019 participants free return train ticket to Lucerne. During the registration process, you will be offered a free return train ticket from any place in Switzerland to Lucerne. If marked with "Yes", you will receive an email with detailed information and a special code for a free ticket 1-2 months before the event.

The full (Thursday & Friday) fee includes Forum participation, documentation, return train ticket to Lucerne, shuttle-service within Lucerne, coffee and lunch breaks, networking dinner on Thursday, farewell reception on Friday and optional programme on Saturday.
TICKETS – CANCELLATION OF THE TICKET
Cancellations received by 31 March 2019 will be fully refunded, minus an administration fee of CHF 300. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date.
